hello…

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

-Anais Nin

Hi, I’m Leah!

I have always been interested in psychology and the connection between the mind, body and human behavior. My interest in the field, along with several meaninful experiences and influences in my life, led me to purse a career in the helping profession.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2011 through Walla Walla University. During that time, I gained experience working in school systems and outpatient mental and behavioral health settings. I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Montana in 2017 and soon after began working in private practice.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults seeking support with:

ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

Anxiety (Generalized, Social)

Depression

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex Traumas (C-PTSD)

Perinatal Mental Health

Relationship & Attachment Issues

Self-Esteem Issues

If I am not in the office, I am most likely finding a new adventure with my three children, on my yoga mat or drinking coffee/tea/lacroix (depending on the time of day) with a good book.

I believe in an integrated approach that focuses on your individual strengths, needs, and goals—allowing for personal growth and acceptance through self-exploration, value-oriented goal-setting & self-compassion.
